The list of treasury accounts which need to be opened by the beneficiaries of projects funded through the Regional Operational Program at the treasury unit to which they belong in accordance with the provisions of GEO no. 64 of 2009 on financial management and utilization of structural instruments for the convergence objective.
Note for the funding applicants on evaluating the sub-criteria regarding the budget of the project.
The note focuses on informing correctly and completely the funding applicants on the manner of granting points for the sub-criteria regarding the project's budget so that they would be able to correctly elaborate this chapter of the funding application.
