Legislative amendments on allocation of public procurement contracts
On July, 27th 2009 GD 834 of 2009 on amending and supplementing GD 925 of 2006 on approving the implementation norms for provisions referring to the allocation of public procurement contracts of GEO 34 of 2006 on allocation of public procurement contracts, public works concession contracts and services concessions contracts was published in the Official Gazette no. 515.
