Completion of the first contract with REGIO funding for BIRDA

The Bucharest-Ilfov Regional Development Agency (BIRDA), in its capacity of Intermediary Body (IB) for Regio - 2007 - 2013 Regional Operational Program in the Bucharest - Ilfov Region completed the "Implementation of the 2007 - 2013 Regional Operational Program in the Bucharest-Ilfov Region" project, SMIS code 1983.

The project was implemented with funding from priority axis 6 of Regio "Supporting Regio implementation, management and evaluation", subarea 6.1. "Supporting ROP-IB/BIRDA implementation"

The project was conducted in the Municipality of Bucharest and Ilfov County in the 2007 - 2008 period with a total value of 3,818,176.44 LEI out of which 2,863,632.33 LEI funding through the European Fund for Regional Development and 954,544.11 LEI co-funding from the state budget.
Contract objective: supporting the activities regarding preparing, selecting, evaluating, auditing, monitoring and verifying the activities of projects through which the ROP implementation is being conducted and will be conducted at the level of the Bucharest-Ilfov region.
