MA ROP direction on fulfilling the eligibility criteria regarding the ownership proof for the real estate which is the object of the funding application
Taking into account that the provisions of the Cadastral and land registry law no. 7 of March, 13th 1996 republished and of the Law Decree no. 115 of April, 27th 1938 on unifying the dispositions regarding the real estate registries, the Management Authority for the Regional Operational Program issued a Direction on fulfilling the eligibility criteria regarding the ownership proof of the real-estate that is the object of the funding.
The direction addresses the funding applicants, worship units and higher education units (university, study academies, institutes) which intend to submit funding applications within the key areas of intervention 3.2, 3.4 and 5.1.
In accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned normative acts, an excerpt from the real estate registry can be the proof of the ownership right of the tabular owner if the registration in the real estate registry of the right was done prior to the entry into force of the Cadastral and land registry law no. 7 of 1996 in accordance with the legal provisions in force at the date of registration and there are no other specific provisions.
