Corrigendum 4 to KAI 3.3 applicant’s guide
The Management Authority for the Regional Operational Program published Corrigendum no. 4 of the Funding guide for key area of intervention 3.4 - "Improving the equipment endowment of the operational bases for emergency situations interventions".
Important notice for the ROP funding applicants – KAI 4.3. Support for the development of microenterprises
The Bucharest-Ilfov RDA notifies funding applicants to Key Area of Intervention 4.3 that due to the very high number of funding applications which were submitted in July (78 applications) and August (135 applications) 2010 there is a possibility of having delays in sending the answers regarding the assessment of the conformity and eligibility of these applications.
MAROP notification on the nature of goods that can be included in the budget – KAI 3.2

Important notification on key area of intervention 4.3!
MAROP took the steps of amending the Applicant's Guide for KAI 4.3 "Supporting the development of microenterprises" within the Regional Operational Program and intends to publish corrigendum no.3 to the guide simultaneously with the enforcement of order 1726 of June, 15th 2010 regarding 100% grants of eligible expenses, as well as the modification of the criteria of the registered profit.

The Management Authority for the Regional Operational Program issued direction no. 50 of June, 25th 2010 on settling various and unexpected expenses of the general estimate of contracts and annexes for works, services and supply contracts within the Regional Operational Program. The direction will be enforced starting with July, 15th 2010.
Updating the treasury account list for the REGIO beneficiaries
The list of accounts, related to the development of the structural instruments and of the total national public contribution for the beneficiaries of funding contracts within ROP, was supplemented in accordance with the normative documentation on the financial management of structural instruments and of their use for the convergence objective, respectively GEO 64 of 2009 and OMPF 2548 of 2009 and its amendments.
New legislative provisions on 100% non-reimbursable funds for KAI 4.3
Order 1726 of June, 15th 2010 on 100% non-reimbursable funding of eligible expenses as well as modification of the registered profit criteria applicable to the funding line of KAI 4.3 "Supporting the development of microenterprises" within the Regional Operational Program was published in the Official Gazette.
