Legislative novelties regarding the amendment of the state support scheme for regional development by supporting tourism investments.
The Ministry of Regional Development and Tourism issued Order no
1.587 of June, 1st 2010 on the amendment of the State support
scheme for regional development by supporting tourism investments
within the 2007-2013 Regional operational program.
The objective of the state support scheme is that of obtaining
regional and local sustainable development through:
a) Valuation of natural resources for tourism;
b) Diversifying tourism services;
c) Creating / expanding the tourism leisure structure in order to
increase the number of tourists and the duration of the stay.
