During this event, a series of financing beneficiaries shared their experience regarding the commencement and performance of the Regio projects. Thus, the representatives of the Bucharest-Ilfov Intercommunity Development Agency presented the "Development and equipping of professional services for emergency situations in the Bucharest -Ilfov region" project, which has as objective creating the premises necessary for ensuring the essential services to the population, as well as improving the public safety services in emergency situations. Another project that was presented to the audience was that of the General Directorate for Social Assistance and Child Protection of District 2, "Social Assistance Services for the elderly ", which has as objective improving the quality of the infrastructure of social services granted to the elderly in social risk situations.

The representatives of BIRDA presented the updated situation of contracting/implementation of the Regional Operational Program in the Bucharest-Ilfov region. On the majority of intervention areas, the bids for projects are already closed, due to the fact that the value of the projects submitted that and under evaluation, exceeds by far the allocated amounts.
