During this event, a series of financing beneficiaries shared their experience regarding the commencement and performance of the Regio projects. These include "The fitness center for companies -West Life", a project which had as objective integrating the material, informational and technological resources in an operational, modern and at European standards fitness center, as well as "Cancer, absolute priority - developing an effective system of social services", an approach designed to support people in difficulty solve the problems they are confronted with temporarily or permanently, by ensuring and adequate framework for care and counseling, fighting against social exclusion and supporting he social reintegration.

The representative of BIRDA presented the situation of contracting/implementation of the Regional Operational Program in the Bucharest-Ilfov Region, underlining that the bids for projects are closed on the majority of areas of intervention of the Regional Operational Program, because the value of submitted projects that are being evaluated, exceeds by far in some situations the allocated amounts.
