ROP MA instruction no. 92 - August 31st 2012 on reviewing the technical execution projects and terminating the works contracts
In order to ease the reviewing process of the technical execution projects, the Management Authority issued Instruction no. 92/August 31st, 2012 on certain measures for reviewing the technical execution projects by the beneficiaries, as well as terminating the works execution contracts within the funding contracts concluded by means of the Regional Operational Program.
By issuing this instruction ROP MA is focusing on regulating the
following aspects regarding the reviewing process of the technical
execution projects:
- Reviewing the technical execution project
before launching the public procurement process;
- Reviewing the technical execution project
after the termination of the works contract;
- Reviewing the technical execution project
without terminating the public works contract and concluding an
addendum to the works contract / additional works contract.
