Instruction on amending Annex II of the REGIO financing agreements for the transport infrastructure projects in the urban area
The Management Authority for the 2007 - 2013 Regional Operational Program within the Ministry of Regional Development and Tourism, issued Instruction no. 67 on amending Annex II to the financing agreements involving the rehabilitation of urban streets. This stipulates the following:
(1) Starting as of April 1st, 2011, the revised Annex II shall
be in force and is applicable to the projects of priority axes 1, 2
and 5 (KAI 5.2).
(2)(2) The revised Annex II is enforced by drawing up an addendum
with the corresponding reduction of the budget for information and
advertising and to the financing agreements concluded before this
date, if public procurement procedures have not been
launched.
