The Management Authority for the Regional Operational Program issued instruction no. 68 regarding the accounts of beneficiaries where the payments for pre-financing and the reimbursement is being made, including financing the paid value added tax related to the eligible expenses, within the Regional Operational Program and the obligation for submitting the reimbursement requests by the beneficiaries stipulated at art. 5 of GEO 64/2009.
