The Management Authority for the Regional Operational Program issued the “Instruction for the continuing the evaluation, selection and contracting process with the technical and financing evaluation stage for the financing requests of the reserve list, declared eligible and which exceed the proposed reallocation, but do not exceed 135% of the reallocations requested for all of the financing areas”. The instruction is based on the provisions of Decision no. 61/November 11th, 2010 on the reallocation of certain funds belonging to Priority Axis 4 “Supporting the development of the regional and local business environment”, issued by the Monitoring Committee of the Regional Operational Program.
